Role of Viewers
Viewers are those individuals who have been granted access to the Administrative Task Authorization Tool for the purpose of verifying that signatures appearing on financial and administrative documents are properly authorized. Viewers have access to search by person, department name, or 5 digit dept. code. Viewers can see all grantees assigned for a particular department, their associated privileges, and the signature page for an individual.
